If you did the online test first you would get a red card which will cost you £36 and it will expire in 6 short months and it isn’t required, so follow these 3 easy steps to get your green card:
- Step 1: Do this course first £60 ( never have to resit this one again, lasts forever)
- Step 2: Online theory test £21 (now apply for Green Card within 2 years)
- Step 3: Apply for green card £36 (lasts for 5 Years)
This course is now recognised as an equivalent to the QCF Level 1 Award Health & Safety in a Construction Environment. This means that labourers who have achieved this REHIS Elementary Health & Safety can apply for the CSCS Green Labourer card once they have also passed the online theory CSCS CITB Health Safety and Environment Operatives Test.

Candidates will be assessed using a 30 question multiple-choice question paper. You are required to achieve 60% to pass.
